friday - cast away

Having passed the block of flats green iron portal, only the sound of my footsteps in the street, just like being in an island. Car motor and wheel noise as they quit main street to carry on in the small street I am going up till my morning train. Isolated waves whose sound stands out over main street traffic background noise.

this is the sea -

Sitting on a platform seat, looking at a hole in the sky, a hole appearing like a window in between a cloud cover. Through it, rays of a hidden sun color second rank white and brilliant cloud. Another island.

Afterwards, from train 1 to train 2, progressing in a half dark corridor, most of side lights are shut in the station. Strange grotto visit feeling with blue collars all around me, finally reaching platform 2 to find back normal crowd and neon feast again.

At work, no water day, doubled for half the day with a no network day, which  completely makes our day. Feeling cast away in a giant concrete and not so human-friendly block. Afternoon heat achieves to transform environment in a rather dry and hot image of paradise. Sweat, sweat, sweat, we all dream of water.

Happy to go back home after this survival experience, only to find out the metro station is closed for power supply shut down reasons. We must have joined third world during last night. Fourth trip adding to the usual three, crowded and hot metro car repeating in loop those last days. Just a cast away.
